Hotel is very old, room very small & had a big water leak under our bed. Everything is overpriced and everything is chargable there is nothing that you got as a thank you or without a charge. In room dining delivery had a charge of $10FJD, there poolside dining was so overpriced that there 1L water bottle cost us $14FJD. Everything you did had a price and that was price was almost double if not triple. Disgusting ethics and just highway robbery. Hotel was old, dark everywhere you went and very outdated. Taxi's were again a big rip off also from the Hotel. Would not visit again and would not recommend to anyone. RIP OFF!

The Westin could use a revamp. It is a little tired, but so are some of the other resorts we visited in Fiji. The staff are very friendly. Don’t expect anything in a rush, as pretty much everyone is on ‘Fiji time’. Room service can take an hour.The accommodation is ok, but the bathrooms are terrible and need a huge overhaul. I don’t think it deserves its 5 star rating. Our aircon didn’t work as well as it should and the safe malfunctioned half way through our stay. Drinks especially are quite expensive. We did expect to pay more while staying at a resort, but other higher end resorts next door have significantly cheaper prices. Day spa was nice, but again pricey. The main pool is pretty good, and the adults only pool is very nice. Pool towels are often scarce so hold onto the ones you have for a day or two and then see if they have laundered new ones. The gym is fantastic. If we were to visit Fiji again, we wouldn’t stay in Denarau, we would stay at one of the outer island resorts that has nicer beaches and snorkeling etc. Westin doesn’t have a beach front that you can walk along. Plenty of activities on offer. Don’t get sucked in to buying from the little outdoor ‘market’ they have set up as the prices are triple what you will pay at the ‘ jacks on Fiji’ souvenir shop literally a few metres away. Having said that the wooden souvenirs in jacks are significantly more expensive than even the airport prices so it pays to shops around if you don’t want to be ripped off.

The services were excellent especially the porters. The hotel really needs updating and ground floor beachfront limited privacy as other guests walked passed

The food at this resort is very expensive and limited. The rooms were clean but not spotless. Service was good but annoying with signing drinks off every time. A tab would have been better. The facilities were fine. Suited for an adults.
