Stayed in 321, cockroaches in bathroom, leaking AC unit. These two things alone killed the experience. Positives are beds are nice and rooms are spacious. Restaurant downstairs is also a highlight

Generally the services were okay, wished if we had a adequate/better spread of food at the breakfast. Room was reasonably tidy and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. However one drawback was, when I tried to shift my booking [ within the cancellation period] from 26 to the 1st April, to the 27th to the 2nd April, Expedia was not helpful at all. I was informed that the property was fully booked and to look for an alternative accommodation. This was not the case, as rooms were available and as a result, had to incur additional expense. Expedia should offer this flexibility to the travaller.

I stayed in Nalagi a few years back and it has really gone downhill this year. I had to change my room twice because of multiple issues with the rooms i.e. the AC wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, their was a massive lizard in the room, the room reeked of sewage. The hotel staff were super helpful and nice but rooms itself were a huge disappointment. I hope that the do certain renovations in order to make the rooms better again because the location is really good, its accessible to Nadi town, the Denarau area and Nadi airport.

My bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was half off. The AC didn’t work for the first 2 hours (eventually kicked itself into working) but the front desk refused to give me a new room & insisted I wait for a technician to service the AC at 9:30pm at night. Waited 30 min and no one showed up. The place is sub-par, and generally dirty. Breakfast was not great. Stay anywhere else.

Even though the property is fairly new, I felt it was not maintained very well. The cleanliness isn’t the greatest. There were germen crocroches around the room. I stated in 2 different rooms and both had the same issue.
