Great location. Mimi Bay lagoon is outstanding. Pools are very nice. Bed was on the firm side. Dining was ok, mostly buffet with some A-la-cart. No outside restaurants within walking distance. Very limited evening entertainment. A great destination for a relaxing getaway with sun and swimming.

The food service staff at all of the facilities were of the highest quality and accommodating. The Lagoon House staff was very friendly and had every aspect of the service managed. Bola, Adi, and Sitevi would anticipate what we wanted and acknowledged our presence with a personal touch.

Never once did we feel like we were a burden to the staff - everyone was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kids club was fab - our daughter loved it! The resort is so well laid out that it never felt overcrowded. An excellent range of dining options. The resort is serene and peaceful and it truely felt like we were in paradise. Very nice resort on the mainland. The lagoon is large, but nothing to see if snorkeling in the lagoon. Some fish in the shallows. Rooms and outlook were great. The fine ding "Fish Bar"" restaurant and the Goji restaurant were excellent (although expensive). We were somewhat disappointed with the food at the Lagoon restaurant.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make your stay the best it could be. The all inclusive option was NOT all inclusive. You only got one entree/choice for lunch and 2 choices of food for dinner, unless you did the buffet. There were no snacks. This is misleading. I thought when i booked the all inclusive option and paid extra money that it was unlimited food and drinks. It was only unlimited drinks. Food was limited as stated above. The food we had was very good. Overall a great place.
