Bula Shahnee, I am shocked to hear of your experience, I can hardly believe its the same resort. I have noted your issues and will investigate immediately. I can advise the toilets are on a pump so they do take a little longer to fill than mainland. Bula belly is a terrible experience, hygiene is key, tip for travelling, use hand wipes or sanitizer after opening taxi doors, wash the tap before you turn it off in public bathrooms eg airports.
