The staffs are amazing! They are polite and friendly. The resort is beautiful and huge! Balony poolside view. 1 bedroom villa, very clean. I highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The pools and lagoons were lovely, and the whole place is picturesque. It’s a large resort, perfect for walking around and enjoying the surroundings. The cleaning staff are very professional! The only small downside was at check-in: the lady at the front desk forgot to give us some of the welcome gifts and the scratch card for the raffle. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

I loved everything about it until the last day. When we left we were about to pay and noticed somebody had come inside the bedroom to steal. It wasn’t a lot but still a $100 that were to have some lunch and dinner on that last day. It was a disappointment.

The unit we stayed was definitely outdated. Rude workers knocking on your door 40 minutes prior to your 10 o'clock check out. You can't check into 4. So much of the resort is under renovation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! We had a horrible experience. We attempted to get our money back as we had to go to the hospital for an emergency. The individuals that we spoke to would not refund our money. We lost our room and on to spent the night in a hospital. Horrible customer service! I will never book at this location.

Started staying here in 2001 still excellent staff and facilities 1 minor issue cabana pool used to be quiet pool could do with returning to quiet pool but 1 major issue think the $25 charge for parking is disgusting especially as the resort is at the southern end of I drive and overseas holidaymakers tend to hire cars

We have stayed at this location before and it is a nice location. Disappointments this time though were took forever to check in. The line was too the door and they had two people at the counter. Then they charge $25 for parking which is ridiculous after paying for all the resort fees and taxes. My $150 a night stay turned into a $220 night stay. Room was beautiful and property was pretty. There was remodeling at the building we were at and it would have been nice for them to tell us when we were checking in that it was being remodeled and that the closest elevator to our room was out of service specially since we were on the 5th floor. Still a nice property but if I knew I would be paying the higher cost and not having an elevator closer to our room I would not have booked it.

Resort is close to parks, shopping malls, restaurants, I-Drive, etc. so private/public transportation to those places is handy and quick. Small 1 bedroom villa we stayed in had enough room for me plus 3 guests. More attention to detail would be needed in relation to cleanliness, e.g. toilet/bath stains, bugs on kitchen counter but staff were always friendly and on hand to assist. Pools were great fun especially for the kids who also enjoyed the Gatorland show - was a little disappointed the pool bar was closed most times we were there though and the resort shop was quite expensive. Private parking on site was secure.

It’s a timeshare location so it’s set up a bit differently. The Pros: the room is nice, the main pool is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Cons: Being in building 17, I was far from EVERYTHING. I had to drive to the main pool and the shop and restaurant was too far to bother with. The listing said there was nearby building construction and that was an understatement. They were clearing swamp land to lay piping and it smelled awful. We couldn’t use our patio because of the smell. Construction started at 7am so that became our alarm. The other issue is the sofa bed. I know they aren’t the most comfortable to begin with but the mattress was awful. My adult son had a difficult time sleeping on it so I’d only recommend 2 adults and 2 kids in that room. The staff did offer to bring comforters to act as a mattress topper but it really didn’t work. We asked to be moved because of the mattress and smell but we were told that with out room type we could only be moved to a different room in the same building which wouldn’t have improved any of our issues. I would stay at the resort again in a one bedroom if it were two adults, otherwise, you need a two bedroom. And I’d have to verify that the construction was complete. For the price it was fair but for the room to have just been refurbished, the sofa bed should have been more comfortable.
