I got a room assigned for two days of my stay at the far end of the building. So only easiest option for me was to park the car at the far rear end of the building, take the rear door to get inside, and get to my room by the elevator. I couldn't enjoy the lobby or all the niceties of the building. It was more like a backdoor entry and exit.

At check-in was unable to secure a shuttle for early morning flight, only 1 shuttle running with max of 11 passengers. These were all booked and there’s no option to reserve a shuttle prior to check in. Very inconvenient when you think you are staying close to airport for convenience.

Wish the room numbers were visible from the parking spots to make it easier when first coming onto the property. Also letting people know ahead of time that you have to pay to park there would be very helpful. Other than that GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

The staff both on checking in and checking out was great, the lobby looked promising but the room was atrocious. I booked this room through expedia as it specifically said it was "great for families". Upon arriving in our room it smelt like mold, someone who hadn't showered in 5 days BO, and stale cigarettes. It wasn't just the air in the room but the pillows smelt like someone used them to wipe their armpits out, absolutely disgusting. We only booked this hotel for one night to be closer to the airport for an early flight but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place to stay for one night before going to resort. Transportation was quick, efficient, and friendly. Constant communication through the messaging center. Friendly restaurant staff. 24 hour snack center. Clean and huge room. The bathroom was huge. Would stay here again for longer.
