Elevator problems

Elevator near room were down. The layout of the hotel forced you to walk all the way around the property to access another elevator. At one point both elevators were down in the building, leaving one elevator left to service the entire building. You had to walk from opposite side of the property to get to your room. Management kept saying it would be fix by tomorrow. Stayed for a week and the elevator was not fixed. This made it very inconvenient when you had stroller. Room had clogged sink that wouldnt drain properly. Overall, the amenities is servicable but need to be on point for building repairs.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Orlando.

This hotel is not just a hotel it is THE hotel! This hotel is extremely convenient it is close to every single theme park in the area they have restaurants close by as well. I love how they have a big pool and hot tub plus a huge area indoors and outdoors to eat (they also provide free breakfast) they have areas to grill out if you want to . The hotel room we reserved was extremely nice and clean and had a full kitchen area stocked with cups plates bowls and silverware. The rooms are super quiet as well. The staff is nice and very accommodating.

Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the elevator for our room was broken the entire stay and we had to go back and forth to the other side to use that elevator or take the stairs from the 5 th floor. The stairway carpet was not clean or kept up. The morning breakfast was good.

Front desk where nice, good breakfast, pool area clean Room ok Elevator did not work for our 4 days stays and we were on 4th floor, for 4 days had to use the stairs. The said that they hold security deposit 30$ per night, first day they held 120, 2nd day they held another 60 and last day they took 110$! Saying that they'll be released within 7 business days, am waiting now to release the amount back to my credit card.

I was extremely disappointed with this Residence Inn as it was very outdated, dirty and even smelled terrible. The rugs were filthy, all the furnishings are old and the entire hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. To make it even worse, they charge $26.00 to park at their subpar hotel, making it even more expensive! There are many other nice hotels in the area and I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We travel frequently and this hotel was extremely disappointing and disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and book at another property. We had stayed at the Marriott Grand Vista prior to this and I so wished I had realized how beautiful that property was before having booked this room as we would have stayed there again. It was even cheaper than this room was and it was a thousand times nicer with tons of amenities.

I work very hard for the little money I make and I place a lot of value on every dollar I spend. The hotel makes themselves appear as the cheapest, decent quality option by showing a great price upfront and then deceptively charging a $28 PER DAY parking fee. None of the hotels around them follow this misleading practice. I would have never chosen them had they been honest about their real price. I was very disappointed.

Did not like having to pay for parking. No need for that. Would not recommend for that reason. Also same breakfast 3 days in a row. Could have more variety

The front desk staff were on the phone for a long time. Several of us were waiting awhile to check in. The parking lot had a lot of leaves. I may go here again if the price was right. But, there are a lot of choices within a block of the hotel. Prepare to pay for parking.
