Only issue we encountered was no one answering phone when we arrived at airport early evening so impossible to call shuttle. A driver from another hotel kindly noticed us and another guest from our hotel having the same issue and gave us a ride.

Could hear way too much noise from neighboring rooms. All the floors are wood-like materials so there is no sound absorption and the gap under the room door was about an inch - so nothing to stop the sound

The pool and hot tub are dirty. The breakfast is poor. No water pressure in the showers. Overall experience is mehh and dirty. The staff is nice. location is ok, many other hotels in this location. If I had to go back to the area I'd pick something else.
