We stayed at this hotel for almost a week during our visit to Disney and universal. Overall, the experience was good. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a convenient location—very close to all the major theme parks, which made getting around super easy. One downside was the parking situation. Even though we were hotel guests, we were charged for parking each night, which added up quickly—especially since we also had to pay for parking at the theme parks. It would make more sense for hotel guests to have parking included in their stay. The breakfast options were decent, but the area gets very crowded and chaotic in the mornings. The waffle station is a popular spot and usually had a line. Still, it’s a nice perk to have breakfast included. All in all, it’s not a bad stay. If you’re visiting the parks and want a comfortable place nearby with friendly service, this hotel is a solid choice—just budget a bit extra for parking.

The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the parks and outlet mall. The breakfast is not very complete and repetitive. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The rooms were spacious and clean, staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was just basic eggs and sausage. The air conditioner in both rooms made a loud squeaky noise every time it kicked on which was frequently and woke me up throughout the night.

Our resevered room didnt have a working pull out couch. We were moved to a new room that was a *downgrade* with no reimbursement. The room wasn't cleaned and there was no hair conditioner or lotions. The dish washer pulled out of the counter.

We stayed for one week during the holiday, July 4th, for the AAU Boys National Volleyball tournament and it was excellent! The location is about 10 minutes from convention center & most retail. The staff are helpful & friendly, the breakfast is hot, ready & offers a variety. The pool is clean and provides plenty of towels, chairs & tables with umbrellas. Nightly, there is a gas fire pit, so bring your items for s'more's. They offer two gas grills with plenty of seating for a team meal. Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and everything worked properly. The kitchen area has a full refrigerator, stove top, all the plates, bowls, drink ware, pots & pans & cutlery needed if deciding to cook. Housekeeping stopped by daily to ensure cleanliness & restock anything needed. We highly recommend!
