I was informed the hotel overbooked and that I was moved to another hotel next door. I’ve never had that happen before and wonder if it is an issue with Hampton Inn or with booking through Orbitz. It isn’t. Big issue but I was required to go to the hotel with the original booking to pick up paper work to book into the other hotel. I am arriving late as it is so added time to check in is annoying.

Hotel is ok but not a 9+ that is somehow the rating. Road noise is loud. I mentioned that when I checked out the associate said that’s is why there are ear plugs in the room. We had no ear plugs in the room and no one mentioned that to us when we checked in. Maybe you only get them if you complain about noise.

I would definitely stay there again. Hotel staff was great, especially the woman at the front desk with orange/red hair (she was so friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations.). Whole staff was nothing but friendly.
