I was very disappointed. Check in was at 4pm and when I arrived almost 5pm room was not ready. They had no time frame . Very rude and bothered when I kept approaching what time room will be ready so I can have an idea and plan my day. 3 hrs later room was ready. Also when I was getting ready for bed. I noticed sheets and comforter was dirty. I called front desk all they said they can do is bring me new sheets. Very disgusting to have to sleep in used , dirty stained comforter. I will never book a Hilton again. Outdated also.

Had a pleasant stay in the presidential suite. Large accommodations worked perfect for what I needed. Rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and the bar was great. Would definitely recommend!

Hot tub was not working. The front desk clerk put in a maintenance request but they never showed. It never got fixed while we were there. But other than that, staff was very nice and rooms were very spacious and clean. Not a bad location away from the Disney traffic.
