I like that the hotel was in close proximity to my mom who lives in Maitland. I did not like having to call the front desk to have the linen changed on the bed because it was dirty. The chair in the room was with stains, no one wanted to sit on it. Overall, it was not a bad stay. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

Overall it was a pretty good stay. Bathroom was very small for three adults but we made do. There was a small tear in my bottom sheet, and the small area between the bed and wall had not been vacuumed properly. Definitely first world problem complaints. Everyone was friendly. Beware the parking, though. $20 per day, which I was not made aware of. After a 5 day visit with two cars, it added up with no money budgeted for parking so although it was fine for us, it could be a very real issue for many. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent customer service by Samantha during check in. Some areas in the room, specifically the bathrooms need a bit of TLC. There is paking fee of $20 per night. Overall it was a great stay!!
