Front staff at check in were very rude and would not accept my service dog without providing them her paperwork. However, by law they cannot ask for service animal paperwork. Then they wanted a cash deposit because I was a “Florida resident.” It should not matter where I live no hotel has ever denied me using a credit card for a deposit before

The room was old Soviet USSR - a dreary, gray box. Cheers to the staff for keeping the hotel clean - they are working hard. The first room was so bright at night, there was a white halo around the black-out curtains. We moved to another room. The toilet didn't work in that room. Both rooms had an air conditioner that sounded like a motor scooter revving up. The soaps are the size as table shims. It's evident there's a corporate race to the bottom.
