I stay at a lot of hotels - this was a quick trip for a memorial and business meeting. 24 hours in winter park - the gentleman at the front desk upon arrival was the friendliest, professional and bright young man I was happy to also see the next day upon check out. I encounter a lot of hotel employees in my travels - he set the bar. Hope to find more like him out there!

I have always enjoyed my stay there, until my last experience with the staff. First my coffee maker made a huge mess and did not work, no one could replace. The worst was when I checked out, I realized I left my charger, I called as I drove off told the front desk, they said they will tell housekeeping. I came back in a few hours to pick up, and no charger. I asked to talk to the manager, and front desk said manager is in meetings all day! I said the housekeeping staff must have kept the charger, and she argued with me. If front desk lady would've handled better, they would still have a customer.
