I have probably stayed in 10 to 15 different hotels this year alone, however, this was the absolute worst I have ever stayed at in my entire life. If I wasn’t afraid to leave my room, I would’ve asked to be refunded so I could go somewhere else immediately. However, I did not have a car and I did not feel safe engaging with the front desk to let them know that was the case. It was disgusting. The fixtures were literally falling off of the walls, and there was a condom on the ground. Half of the lights did not work, half of the outlets did not work, and the tub would not stop running. This hotel should be removed from your site and not allowed to be booked by anyone.

Check in was pretty smooth. The main problem I had was the rooms. The rooms had a very weird smell that no matter how much you sprayed with Lysol or perfume it just would not go away. When we checked in we were told right away that the elevator did not work. When we got into the room the bedding and pillow cases smelt like pee even though the room just got cleaned. We had to go downstairs to get different sheets which we had to pay $3 for even though we weren’t the ones who soiled the sheets. The staff were pretty nice though. I feel bad for the guy who works at night because he’s the only one there to check people in, handle complaints and also washes all of the sheets.

Staff is polite and friendly the only good thing but this was my worst experience ever. I hope this helps others and all depends of course on the people but wow! First , we got to the property after 10 pm and I called a phone and the night rep came down super nice guy. But, when I got to my first room, the smell was musty, shower was not cleaned properly & believe me when I say pictures on website are totally misleading , the cabinets uff destroyed plus my worst nightmare a small roach came out from under the bed. We went down & the representative nicely apologized and gave us another room that at least the beds were cleaned and towels, but you can imagine I took a shower with my sandals on and barely slept with the lights on afraid of any roaches coming out. I paid for 2 nights & checked out the next day. Mind you, when I went to check out today the guy said the system didn’t let him check me out that he will leave the message for the person that comes in the morning which I think that’s unacceptable but I hope the manager reads this so he knows. I even told the guy I just wanted to leave even thought I paid for 2 nights & I left. I just couldn’t stay there. The staff was nice, but management or owners should be more realistic when describing the property & let people decide what’s important where they stay. Elevator broken too and even though it says is a non smoking property, the halls and the stairs smells like people do smoke. Good luck if you decide to stay there.

Worst hotel experience. Office was closed so had to call and get after hours help just after 11pm. While waiting someone was being arrested in the parking lot. Key didn't work so had to calls after hours line again. Room was disgusting and no towels. Didn't want to call after hours again so thought I would go get some in the morning, The room was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches sure, but the worst was a pair of underwear on the light bulb in the bedside lamp. In the morning the desk didn't open until 10am strangely so we didn't get towels and decided to leave and not return for another night.

The only thing about this stay that was good was the air conditioning. Room was filthy, only 2 towels for 4 people if you want more you need to bring dirty ones o the desk to receive new ones for a cost. Nothing in the kitchenette you had a fee if you want to cook. Cockroaches

The staff was rude and inconsiderate, I had to wait for 20 minutes at the counter to get checked in. Staff) literally walked away and told me that he didn’t care about checking me in. He was gonna call someone else to do that for me. Then when I finally did get checked in, I was sent to a room that was not ready. The room wasn’t clean. There were no sheets on the bed. I had to go back to the counter again and ask for a room that was prepared. The guy acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to clean room.

This hotel goes down in history as the world worst hotel in history. I want to start with it being nasty and everything that’s supposed to be accommodated either doesn’t work or a fee is associated. The staff are rude and sleep on the job. Not to mention it smells like poop or mold. There are constant noise complaints and I got followed twice by strangers almost to my room and I told the guy at the front desk, he asked me what do you want me to do. Excuse me? I have been basically living here for two months because it’s affordable however it’s not safe, it’s not clean, you can’t get help after 10pm, WiFi isn’t included, if you stay less then 7days you will not get clean towels or bedding, you will get chased by dogs though, said no smoking on the premises but right outside the lobby it’s covered in cigarette buds. You can no longer book for one night, you have to book for two. The cherry on top is the last time I gave an honest review the staff harassed me and my partner about it and said if you don’t like it you can leave. This place is crappy but so are the ghetto people who can afford to stay here.
