I've recommended this hotel several times since my stay. It as so welcoming after my encounter with Ryan Urban, and the service at the bar especially during Thanksgiving was above and beyond. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and "at your service" approach during the holidays was perfect. Thank you! We had 3 rooms and multiple families, and will come back.

We went from the worst stay at another hotel to leaving and finding this one. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice, the room was amazing in every way, the hotel is so beautiful. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to Orlando!

We stayed at the Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection in Orlando for one night, from January 3 to 4, 2026. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The meal, which included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and a cappuccino, cost a staggering $74, including the tip. This felt excessively overpriced. Additionally, parking was charged at $35 per night. Considering the overall cost was nearly $300, I would advise searching for a hotel that offers better value.

Cute, clean and affordable bit unfortunately offset by the expensive parking and breakfast. Beds were just ok, not the most comfortable. Our room was on the second floor 2 doors down from the fitness area and we got woken up at 7 am by the most obnoxious banging of the weights for an hour. straight. Did not use the pool.

We returned to celebrate our anniversary because we were very happy with the service during our previous stay—Joe was exceptional. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The ladies who checked us in were friendly and polite; however, the gentlemen working during the evening and morning shifts were quite rude. What was especially concerning was that the gentleman in the morning was courteous and friendly toward other guests, but not toward us, which made us feel uncomfortable and treated differently. We also emailed the manager to share our concerns, but never received a response. Being ignored after raising such an important issue only added to our disappointment and left us questioning whether bias may have played a role

Nicely renovated hotel as my 4 year old loved it was a castle and they gave her a crowns. The decoration of The hotel is nice as well as the location. The breakfest was well priced and very good. They offer free Starbucks coffee in morning which is great. They have a washing and dryer. Had a very big modern mini fridge. Things I did not like. The mattress was very used and sinked in gave me very back pain by day 3 Had to change side with my daughter as the other side was not caved in. Pool was not heated, my daughter called it a popsicle. Why would they cheap out on that is beyond me. The cleaning ladies had attitude and didn’t clean well ( did not restock tissues. Cups and such) and came around 4 pm everyday which is extremely late so never came home to clean room. The toilet paper was extremely thin and cheap So They have things they could work towards. The staff was very polite and welcoming. You could see they were trained to communicate and service well at probably a 5 star worth.
