Luxury apartment in a great location

Fantastic apartment in the vista cay development. Close to a shopping precinct which has a nice supermarket and several good eateries. I recommend NYPD pizza and Beth's burgers. The pool Complex is well worth spending some time in especially for the film nights.

Weird Checking rules.

I love everything about this hotel, except all the weird regulations and rules. Maybe it was my fault that I don't read everything before I book this place, so if you are booking this place, read everything first. This apartment hotel basicly does not accept cancelation, The day I book it, I want to cancel it, and I realize that the cancelation time have been past for one month already. The main reason I want to cancel it was because of the checkin time and the check out time, the check in time is at 4PM and the checkout time is 10AM. It is just too late to get into the hotel and too early for the checkout. When we arrive at the apartment hotel, it was amazing, the rooms are clean and very very confitable. It is everything it advertised in the pictures. Anyways, the day of the check out, the cleaning crew is very very on time,10AM was ringing our door waiting to kick us out. I really have my doubts if I will ever stay here again, when there are so much other options in ORLANDO. PS.Oh, they make you fill out a much of paperworks after you book the apartmenthotel with HOTEL.COM ... so, so much for easy booking...
