The rooms are ok, the thermostats don't seem adjustable, there are no drinking cups in the room. Why ? At one point both elevators were down.. Carpet needs replaced in elevators, it is stained and dirty. Public areas are littered and dirty. Because of your low prices you get a lot of riffraff. Upgrade the property and raise your prices.

Pulling up to the front the hotel was very crowded outside with cars and could hardly get through. Front desk representative was over an hour late for shift and nobody was at the front desk for check in. After leaving and coming back 10 minutes later, she was finally there assisting all the people in line who had been waiting to check in. Imagine your flight being delayed 3 times, getting to your destination finally, having to wait for a long line in order to check in, only to be told that my room was given away. Then having to call around at 12/1 am to find a place to stay for the night. Her only explanation was that she was checking on it. How do you give a room away that was paid for in advance when it was booked.

Check in and parking was confusing. The front was full of cars and it took us a long time to figure out what to do The rooms I reserved (2 queens) were not available and the guy who checked us in still asked if we wanted, them, which makes no sense. One of the rooms stank. We tried to buy a soda from the machine it dispensed the wrong drink, gave no change, and then refused to dispense anything else, no matter which choice we made

Oakland Airport hotel

A solid old building that was probably a nice hotel 50 yrs ago but is being ran into the ground. No airport shuttle, number for airport shuttle was never answered after many calls and 15 min hold. The carpet looks like its been in a garage for 20yrs, security is questionable. I never smelled so much weed, all night long. Some noise but being a solid old cement building helped

Had booked a 4 night stay & left with a refund after night 1. Immediately the reception was terrible in service and visually, sketchy people in and out. The room we booked was smelly, had paint missing, roof panels were uneven, couldn't get any ventilation in. the halls and the elevator smelled like cigarettes despite their no smoking rule. Our toilet flooded at midnight and we had to get a different room for the night. No apology or acknowledgment of the situation. I insisted on a full refund via Expedia which I got. Just don't come here.
