The Franklin was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so helpful, and kind. The hotel was very clean and although the rooms were small it was clean and comfortable. We loved the many shops, restaurants and neighborhood. We will certainly stay here again!

Found this comfortable hotel and stayed two nights. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, well maintained rooms. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Recommend this hotel close to Mt Sinai hospital.

Parking is right there next to the hotel, which is super convenient. At the check in of the hotel they give you a large complimentary chocolate cookie and a coffee. It was my second time staying at this property. Would definitely stay again.
