The laundry situation was less than ideal. The machines downstairs required coins, but there was no change machine. There was no place to buy detergent, and the front desk was out. (A kind woman in the basement lent me some of hers.) Several machines were out of order, including two that would eat coins without providing credit. We did manage to eventually wash our clothes, but it was not simple.
