There was a surprise $55 a night valet parking charge which caught me off guard. Upon arrival there were two women fighting in their room, but property management handled it immediately and removed them from the premises. Great location and it is close to everything.

The property was nice. Great location. Great amenities. GREAT PROBLEM: Bed bugs. I received a couple of bites. I have pictures of the bedbugs and the bites. Was transferred to a different room. I was told the exterminator had been there and said there were no more bedbugs. Evidently he didn’t get them all.

The listing is incorrect that theybhave $30 on site parking. They only do valet and its $49. There is a garage next door that you can park in over night for $40. The room was warm upon arrival. They only had enough towels for 2 people, despite booking for 4. We called for more towels and never received the. So we had to go to the pool for more. Breakfast was nice, would jave liked to see a better variety of fruit offerings, more types of yogurt, and wheat bread option. It was in a great location, less than 10 minutes to many popular attractions. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Oh and only one elevator worked the whole time.

I really enjoyed this hotel and I will be back. The staff was nice and helpful and it’s not far from bourbon st. The included breakfast and drink and it was clean.
