The hotel was in the perfect location, and easy to get to my conference. The staff was kind. The beds are quite uncomfortable, the towels smelled a bit moldy, and the common areas were absolutely freezing. It was all around an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, everyone who I was traveling with had a robe, and although I requested one, I was told 'they didn't offer them' and then when I said the rooms on either side of me had one, they stated they would send one up and never did throughout the 4 days I was there. Disappointing, and maybe make me reconsider Hyatts moving forward.
