Our stay was good, the service and staff was average to good, and the breakfast okay to good. We chose the included breakfast prior to booking which was a buffet on the weekend and only one particular menu item on a weekday. I wish there would have been a wider option to choose from on a weekday. I rated the hotel as noisy not because of the surrounding area (we actually didn’t here anything noise related from Bourbon street) but because we had a connecting room and we could here everything - including snoring - from our neighbors.

The fire alarm battery started beeping at 3am and no maintenance were on site to switch the batteries, so I had to switch to a new room. Staff responded quickly with what they could do, but frustrating all the same.

Husband’s Birthday Weekend

Awesome customer service, the food was very good, and the coffee bar and cocktails were amazing. Great location overall. I had a room with the balcony overlooking the pool but the balcony was not sturdy which made us uncomfortable sitting out there. Overall we had a great time.

Nice smaller pool with bar. One block from bourbon street. Morning breakfast option with coffee and pastries at coffee shop in hotel or coffee shop across the street with Italian coffee and pastries. Bar area in lobby too. Perfect location. Highly recommend!

This hotel surpassed my expectations! Upon arrival they gave us a list of tours we’d have access to and transparent with upcoming fee’s. Once we reached the property, we were greeted with NOLA’s notable southern hospitality. Jabari made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were given a complimentary drink while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The Hyatt Centric will be seeing me and my friend in future visits and beyond. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Their positivity is contagious! One of the elevators didn’t work, but we were not inconvenienced much. I’d advise staying here to anyone who wants to stay in the French Quarter.

When I first walked in my room is looked like a robbery. All the cushions and pillows from the couch were off and on the floor. All the draws were left open and dirty wash clothes that were used to clean the room was left behind. You can tell the room was cleaned but they didn’t finish. When I told management, I was told it won’t happen again.
