Overall very good. Mixed messages from desk staff. One person told me they would call a taxi for us, another said they don’t do that. Had to ask for phone number and called myself.

the employees welcome was not really nice, nobody says Hello or Good morning...except one guy doing the cleaning of the lobby in the afternoon. One of the 2 rooms smelled smoke so we had to change it. By the way the hotel is really nice, but these 2 days we service was bad compared to the price we paid
