This hotel was horrible!!! From the staff to lack of cleanliness. The floor in the room was stained and stunk of mildew and a hint of urine. The breakfast was powered eggs with industrial cheese, half cooked , potatoes, dry chicken patties, oatmeal, and bagels and cream cheese. Juices and coffee tasted horrible. The curtains in the hallway looked dirty. The lady that was cleaning the buffett tables with a dirty rag. There should be some type of hospitality board to report this hotel to.

Who Dat at the Front Desk?!

The room was in a good location and in walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The only issue was the front desk. No one was there for check-in or check-out. I was literally yelling “hello-hello!” I had to find someone who was cleaning up breakfast to retrieve the front desk clerk.

The property was good, and the staff was great! The morning breakfast was good; it had enough variety for the whole family with a few good options. I wish they offered more fruit, but that's being picky. The location was convenient; very walkable to a couple key places, where you could then pick up the streetcar or bus. I would have given the location 5 stars, except for two small items: 1) the shower had a crack in the fiberglass wall (I'm assuming this was from settling - it's an old building, so we weren't too bothered by this), and 2) the sleeper sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable! We asked for an extra comforter to use to maybe plush up the bed, but all they had were thin blankets which didn't help. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Knowing what we know now, we would just book a different room (no sofa bed).
