Loved the location. Two years we have stayed here for NAIC Pokemon. Only downside is park is not always available for pets to use and parking costs are super high but the staff drivers are amazing.

Hotel smelled like mold, the shuttle driver was rude. He did not call for my time group and claims we were not at designated spot. We have photo time stamped proof we were. We paid for an Uber and spent additional monies. I previously stayed here and the hotel has deteriorated
