Comfortable bed, I like it firm and this met my standards, especially traveling for the past 3 weeks! Room layout was efficient. The closet was convenient with two options to open it. Loved the robes, they were so comfortable to sleep in.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient free airport shuttle with lots of departure times. Room was large enough to spread out, open suitcase easily, comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately there were some tiny flying bugs that looked like fruit flies in the bathroom, probably because of the damp. Otherwise the room was great. Laundry machines on 2 different floors were helpful and meant more chance a machine was available when we wanted to use it.

If you like sleeping on a slab of concrete, this place is for you! But for me, an older woman it was extremely difficult. I tried padding it with an extra blanket and even a pillow under my back, but it simply did not work. I woke up in terrible pain. The property does not give you water. You must get it on the fifth floor from a vending machine. On the positive side, the restaurant is good. And the staff was very nice. This property was advertised as having a shuttle to the airport. But it neglected to tell you that this shuttle only runs for a few hours in the morning, and the last one leaves before checkout. Very inconvenient for me. Unable to recommend simply because the bed was so terribly uncomfortable.

Compared to hotels in the area such as U-City, this property is much newer, thus more contemporary, and the price reflects the more premium segment. My son particularly enjoyed the kids’ gift set, which consisted of a toothbrush, bath sponge, and cute bear slippers.

Clean room, spacious. Carpet entrance had seen better days. Close to stations. Fast hop from Narita airport. Within 1h30 from landing, were in room. No laundry facility.

Layer of dust on the bed headboard . But overall everything is very clean . They also provide free facial masks and free coffee machine at the lobby . Location is very convenient . Bed is quite hard leading to uncomfortable sleep. Will stay again for short stay next time.
