BE VERY AWARE!!! I only stayed here as it was advertised free airport shuttle. When we checked in and went to reserve shuttle space we were informed that the shuttle did not run in the afternoon and we would have to take a taxi and if we wanted to check out after 11 we had to pay for another night. Very disappointed. If I had know, I would have stayed in downtown Tokyo instead and enjoyed the city for another night and morning/afternoon.

The room was very spacious! Everything was clean and dust free. The ventilation in the bath a quiet hum, and the room very silent. Perfect to unwind. The bedding was so comfortable, especially the blanket. Fluffy and warm. The amenities were also great! You get them from a bar in the lobby and they even had face masks! The staff were very friendly and able to communicate in English. The breakfast was tasty. The free airport shuttle is an added bonus that makes traveling so much easier! All in all a great stay I can recommend and would book again.

Found obvious hairs all over that were not mine. Bathroom ceiling very short. Listing says they have a shuttle - it only runs to the airport in the morning. Limited towels. English all over hotel but most staff doesn’t speak it. I get it’s Japan and we can use translation apps, but it is a massive disconnect.

Older property but very to maintained and very clean. Also the price is excellent. Definitely a great value. Towels and linens were great (very large bath towel, firm mattress with a cozy duvet). Full thermostat controls (with a/c). So why not 5 starts? Well everything had a cigarette odor, especially the bathroom. I thought maybe it was previously a non smoking room, but then I went to blow my nose with some toilet paper and nearly choked... The toilet paper reeks of cigarette smoke. Why? How?

It was only one night but had a great stay. Free coffee in the lobby was very good. Lots of amenities in the lobby to choose from. Breakfast was simple but great. Very quiet and peaceful hotel.
