I absolutely loved this hotel! I was initially skeptical after reading some reviews, but I found it to be very clean and pleasantly fragrant. The room had everything I needed, including a yukata and slippers, which was such a nice touch. The hotel also has a 7/11 on-site and is close to a Ministop, making it super convenient. I walked about 30 minutes to Omotesando since buses are a bit infrequent. The room itself was spacious, with excellent AC, TV, and lighting. Highly recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a nice local Narita International Airport hotel that is a reasonable distance and transit time, this would be it. Don’t forget that they have a shared shuttle bus with the Hilton Narita hotel, that will pick you up, deliver to the Hotel and then drop you off at T1 or T2 next morning at no cost: wonderful service provided. Remember you are in Japan: they are super efficient and leave exactly on time every time! Incredibly refreshing. We love Japan and its friendly people. Hotel if terrific: has a 7 Eleven in house plus a wonderful breakfast in their restaurant: we say, fill up with gorgeous food at a very reasonable cost as part of your stay. Room was good value, staff great, food nice. A positive experience for us for an overnight stay. Would we book again: Absolutely! We are seasoned over 65, fit travellers who love a good value hotel: you can add the International Garden Hotel Narita to that list. We rate this a 9 out 10. Thanks Again Japan. ALGreynomads

The surrounding area is not quite walkable, especially when there is no dedicated area for pedestrian. I’m aware that this is not the hotel’s problem so I have a positive experience overall. What I like most is punctuality.

Airport shuttle was excellent, it came much earlier than Expedia said it did, so our morning ran so smoothly and we had absolutely no problems getting to the airport by 6.45am as we had intended. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and the lady who checked us in was so thorough explaining how things worked. Facilities were great although we didn't use them (only stayed one night) and the cost per night was beyond reasonable.

The staff at the International Garden Hotel are the sweetest nicest people! They treated us so well during both of our stays! The hotel was clean & well maintained. The room was quite large compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Japan. And they offered free shuttle services to & from the airport & the Narita train station. This saved us time & money & we are truly grateful for that! Thank you to the beautiful staff at the International Garden Hotel in Narita for making our stay incredible! 😃
