Very comfortable hotel, bed was excellent.

Stop o/n from SYD. Staff unintrusive, polite & v. helpful. Continued trip to Rome refreshed. Faultless service.

Nice convenient hotel, some decor looking tired

Great staff, handy location to Narita. some of the decor ie bar area needs an update. Shuttle service excellent to and from the airport.

Convenient hotel for late-night arrival

Pros: It was quiet and convenient.
Cons: Our room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke, even though it was non-smoking.
Location: We literally only slept there. We caught an early shuttle bus back to Narita airport.
A shuttle bus from the airport made this an attractive option for us as we arrived on an evening flight. Checkin was speedy and the room had everything we needed.

Great hotel close to the airport

We had to over night in Tokyo, before catching another flight, so we stayed at the Hilton. It was very very easy to catch a free shuttle bus to the hotel I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff, lovely room, a good variety of food at breakfast

Pros: A well resourced airport hotel with a well stocked lobby shop
Cons: The dinner buffet was overpriced and the food was tasteless. Also, it was difficult to access the only three tv channels broadcast in English
