A free shuttle bus from Narita station to the hotel and to Narita airport was very helpful. There is a convenience store in the hotel too.

Room is too small for 3 people. Breakfast is amazing even though the wait staff are not too friendly. Easy access to the airport with free shuttle. And convenient store on ground floor and onsen. Overall, really nice stay.
