At first glance the place looks very nice, however it was not the same on the inside. Upon arrival the team was very rude. Once we got the keys to our room we went to the hallway, which smelt terrible. There was a burning smell that never went away. The room was not up to standard. And the bathroom was no where near

I tried calling to accommodate the shuttle bus and it was very confusing, I called them again and the front desk receptionist started talking Japanese like he didn’t understand when we were just speaking English seconds ago..

The staff were amazing as always in Japan but the building is very run down. We were on the ground floor and we had a view of a retaining wall and a spider infestation. Carpets and furniture had multiple stains and the baseboards were in desperate need of repair/paint. Really shocking for Japan where they usually take pride in even the oldest and most humble buildings.

Airport Shuttle was easy to find. Convenience store right in the lobby. Room was clean and amenities were plentiful. Very easy transition for those who are visiting Japan for the first time.
