Good first stop for the night, staff were super friendly and check in was seamless. It had a convenience store in the lobby with lots of great food options and any supplies you might have forgotten to bring. Good location with a free shuttle to and from the airport but also just a quick taxi ride if your timing doesn't line up and you don't want to wait.

Very friendly staff! We are pleasantly surprised by the size of the room which is larger than average Japanese hotel rooms. Free airport shuttle service is a huge plus for us as well!

Clean room, amenities, breakfast and service. Washroom a bit too small and tub is difficult to get in. There was some communication issues, staffs did not understand what we asked for, hope to communicate better. There is an excellent lunch place close by that open 10:30-2 pm daily.

The hotel is decent to stay , the room is not perfect but it's clean. The staffs are really accomdating and helpful. Over all service was outstanding while we're there. The location is good.

The bathroom had black mold everywhere, you could see it on the shower curtain. You could see it hiding just behind the mirror as well as different spots on the roof. There is many cracks down the side of the tub that couldโ€™ve been full of mould as well. After staying there for two nights, we started to feel the effects of the mould and had sinus pain. All three of us including our 4 month old are still recovering and it has been 5 days. Until they get this sorted out, I wouldnโ€™t recommend staying there
