I loved that the convenient store and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was altogether at this hotel location. Also, I liked the free shuttle. I loved the rooms and it was comfortable and new.

Was a great place to finish our trip. The pool and spa were a great way to unwind and the shuttle buses to and from the airport took all the stress out of the process. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient airport location. Fantastic shuttle bus, was able to get last minute shopping done. Staff was fantastic. Family mart in lobby very handy. Bathroom dated and not in great repair, a stain behind toilet that once seen was hard to unsee.

The shuttle was always on time, close to the airport, the staff was very helpful, respectful and nice, there is a Family Mart located inside the hotel and high quality amenities such as soap, conditioners, skin care and many more. There is also a breakfast, luch and dinner buffet as well as A La Carte menu. The pool, gym and the tennis court are also very nice! This hotel has more than enough to make your stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

I LOVEDDDDDDDD MY STAY at mystays premier. I have no idea why it’s only rated barely 3 stars. maybe just Americans and their bougie expectations but from check in to check out I was very well taken care of and I am happy about it. at check in I had a trainee I don’t know how to spell her name but she was a delight! so pretty so kind. I’m still very much working on my Japanese but when she noticed I was struggling we switched over to English but it was nice she let me practice and didn’t just start speaking to me in English. HOW IS ONE SUPPOSE TO GET BETTER AT JAPANESE IF YOU DONT ALLOW US TO MAKE MISTAKES. anyways she was amazing, smooth check in. my room *chefs kiss* amazing, clean, nice smell, everything was nice and tidy, I loved how you could open the window BONUS POINTS, and THE VIEW! amazing I watched the planes land in. I had dinner at the gardenia, it was below my expectations in my personal opinion, the food came out fresh and hot but barely any taste AGAIN PERSONAL OPINION I’m sure it’s just to keep people from complaining “I don’t want sauce, this is spicy, this is” etc etc the pool was good and check out was smooth, along with the bus ride to and from the airport overall, amazing stay great for a solo traveler like myself
