One staff member on arrival was rude and not helpful with checking in. Bathroom had someone else’s hair all through it. Bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. Only good thing was the free bus ride to the airport

Very convenient location with shuttle bus service provided. However, if you get a room near the elevator bank you will hear the elevator bell all night long. Overall I'm happy with the value because the rooms are reasonably priced. I will stay there again if I fly out of Narita International Airport

The room is very basic but enough for a one night stay near the airport. The self check-in is difficult to use if your name doesn’t match exactly as their register. The free bus shuttle to and from the airport was on time and frequent.

Highly recommended if you're arriving to Narita's airport late/have an early flight the next day. The free shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and efficiently run. The offerings at the free breakfast buffet were varied and generous. Employees were incredibly helpful when I requested a taxi to the Narita shrine and asked them to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. And I had fantastic views of the busy NRT tarmac from my 9th floor room --very fun to watch!

It served our purpose because we had a 26 hr layover in Tokyo. Staff were great and had a 24 hr variety store. Prices were great. Only issue I had was the bed was so hard
