It was not a smooth check in, I was there at 1 pm but the room was not ready yet so the front desk agent just tag my luggages and set them aside. I decided to then take the train to Ueno to explore the city. When i came back, the agent ask me to scan my passport but it did not work after 3 times, so he then decided to check me in and was given an access card afterwards. But overall i will give it an 8/10.

There is everything you need for a short stay between trips. I am glad I chose this hotel after long flight form US before a big bus ride to my hometown. I was able to rest right away and nice to be able to take a bath. Breakfast was very good and convenient since there is nothing around to go eat except for the 24 hr Lawson inside of the hotel which could work if you are not too picky. I would stay here again. Very reasonable for what you get.

Hardly any of the staff spoke English very well, there was no closet, no safe, and I was given a blanket on my bed which was not placed in making the bed. The free breakfast was terrible only croissants, salad, rice, gravy, bread, and plain yogurt with juice , tea or coffee.

I usually booked this hotel when I have a flight in Narita Airport. I always noticed that the tissue inside the room has always 2 pcs remaining. Why is that? And one of the male staff of the hotel have a very bad attitude. As I asking him if I can leave my 2 suitcase in the lobby as I have a morning flight on the next dat, but he told me to bring all my stuffs to my room, though he is allowing most of the hotel guests luggage to put in the lobby. Be fair to all your guests.

Excellent value. The free breakfast was amazing! The room was small but clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The mattress was very firm — it felt like sleeping on a tatami mat. Overall, it was a good stay for the price I paid.

Super convenient shuttle and very close to the airport for an overnight stay. Good sized room with firm bed. Best is the Lawson’s convenience store in the hotel. Breakfast great. Amazing value.

For the price, it is a great hotel. Free breakfast too.The shuttle to the airport is on time. Good for overnite stay. No restaurants around the area but there's a 7 Eleven store in the building.
