Good for a delayed flight to sleep one night. Beds are okey too. If you are tired they are great lol. Dark at night and not much to do. Family approved yes with kids. Not coffee machine just vending machines cash only no tab card. My favorite is the shampoo conditioner and body wash are better than other hotels love it.

I had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel. I have stayed at many of the hotels surrounding Narita Airport and I felt this was better than some, nothing fancy everything included everything to make it a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable with a nice pillow. It was also very affordable which was a real bonus. I highly recommend it.

When the girls were at the front desk they were approachable. When the old bear of a man was there he would shoo you away as a foreigner. Made sure to load us last into the shuttle and put his hand up when you asked him a question

Squeaky clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Inexpensive and 4 useable beds. The Japanese bath on the second floor is loud until it shuts down at midnight. Itโ€™s in a mixed commercial and residential area so restaurant choice is limited. A good, budget-friendly choice thatโ€™s very close to Narita airport.

Breakfast was great! When I spilled my coffee, the girl cleaning the dining area quickly dropped her try full of dirty dishes to take the attention away from me! LOL. The buffet was really good. The set up in the room was a bit odd. The lavatory and commode were in separate room - but that was a mild inconvenience. The beds were a bit hard, but I slept well. I really thought the staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there, again.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was leftover noodles on the ground. The floors looked dirty with black in the cracks. The walls were dirty with skid marks. Stains on the duvet.
