I liked that it was clean and it always has been. Staff are polite and helpful. Its very safe and quiet. I will always stay here on my visits to nanaimo

The stay was good. The room was clean . The only problem was that the fan in the washroom didn’t work and the main door to the room needed repair as it was hard to lock and open from the inside. I would recommend this stop.

The room was super clean. Staff were amazing and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel. I came from Victoria for a getaway and it was perfect. I was super impressed

You get what you pay for and a little less The woman at the he front desk wasn’t at all friendly. Very noisy and seems like most customers were smokers.

When we first walked in, the room had an odour that wasn’t pleasant (a combination of smoke & a stale smell (the skirting on the bed and the curtains had what looked like old dry vomit on them - we noticed this in the morning).The window in the washroom was left open; most likely to try to get the smell out. There was no fan in the washroom & when you showered, the shower head was awkwardly placed (it was uncomfortable).When the wind was blowing during the night, the door rattled as if someone one trying to come in.
