Our return flight took longer than expected due to the weather. Since it was after 9:00 PM the hotel shuttle was no longer running. However, I was pleasantly surprised the hotel setup an Uber to pick us up from the airport. Would highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan to sleep, park and fly out of MSP Airport.

As we were pulling into the hotel I was impressed with the lighting, landscape and parking. I went into check in again impressed with the lobby, pool, breakfast area. There was water, coffee, lemonade, cookie display with no cookies. The desk attendant who checked us in was pleasant however he came out from the back with one shoe on and barefoot. He only gave us one key for our family of four. Made it to our room, could not enter. The light turned green but couldn't open. Tried several times with no luck. Went back down to the desk, the attendant explained you needed to push up, push down and push in. Went back upstairs and tried again with no luck. Down stairs I went. There was a gentleman in line ahead of me, we waited for about 10 minutes before the attendant came off the elevator, into the breakfast area and then to the desk. This time with a shoe and a furry slipper. The gentleman in front of me had the same problem with his door. He was less than pleasant. The attendant used the master key to let him in his room. I asked the attendant to my room key instead of the master. He tried three times, on the third he barged in. When he entered where was an awful, awful smell. The tv was on and one of the beds were messy. The attendant asked if we wanted another room. Um yes. Again we went downstairs to find the attendant with his head down on the desk. We got another room. Handicapped accessible, which was fine but there were crumbs on the desk, garbage can

It was the perfect place to stay after a long day of travel. They had a shuttle service to the airport. I had an early flight and was the only person on the shuttle. Room and areas were clean. Close to a restaurant walkover to pickup take out or eat in. Pet friendly. I had my dog with.

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a friendly face and treats for our dog upon check in! The staff was amazing. The location was perfect with so many options within walking distance for food and drink. The hotel was so clean and the bath products were fantastic!

Ok shame on you Hampton Inn. I this is the third time I have stayed there in the last twelve months. Got there now to find out they are charging a double digit parking fee. It’s bad enough I the room was expensive went up from last time. It’s not a great room but nice. The parking lot is in terrible shape. Wonder where the money is going think it’s just another hidden fee. I looked you really have to did to find that you will pay to park. The lady was at the desk was great when she informed me of the charge. She did wave it this time. But there will be no next time. With all the taxes and now parking fees the room goes to a lower triple digit room that is just a basic room. I travel 14-15 weeks out of the year. A place in Bloomington started this last year. I used to stay there four weeks out of the year. Actually found nicer and Cheeper now will do the same here

I appreciate that the facility is clean and neat even the parking lot. It was pleasant to have an outside area where we could sit. It was all very well kept. The staff was friendly and polite. They greeted us upon enter, asked if there was anything we needed.
