Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing.

Watch out--you have to pay for parking! $10 per day, and there are signs everywhere that say that the parking lot is not safe and to remove ALL belongings. The area seemed very uncomfortable, since the Cub foods next to the hotel had a security guard and security in the parking lot. The hotel itself is dated but they price it as though it is new. Staff was dismissive. Think again before booking at this location.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was in a quiet neighborhood. We utilized the shuttle and that was so helpful for the event we went too. The shuttle driver, I believe his name was Gerald, was so friendly and made sure everyone was accounted for when picking us up from the event. My only complaint about the hotel was the fridge in the room. It was not cold at all. I had to get ice to keep our food and beverages cold. I put food in the fridge overnight and it was barely cold when I woke up. We ended up throwing it away in the AM.
