Room was clean, however we put the housekeeping sign on our day and did not get cleaned. No fresh towels or garbage emptied. Restaurant was great and hood service at check in.

The heat in the room did not work. After waiting for an hour for the room to warm up we contacted the desk for help. It took two hours and a personal confrontation to get them to turn up the heat.

We could write a book! But to make this short, the room was extremely hot the first night. Maintenance came in and turned off the thermostat at 12:00AM after we just couldn’t stand it anymore. We finally got some sleep before out 5AM wake up for our event. The room was freezing cold the next two nights and no way to get any heat now. Following a stolen iPhone charger, and a request for clean towels that never came!

I was unable to stay. When checking my Hotels.com account, my reservation had disappeared. I then called the hotel, and was informed they did not have a reservation booked for me. Then, I received a charge for the reservation I was not able to use. I immediately called the hotel, which magically found my reservation. I do not know who messed this up, but I want a refund!!
