Absolutely never again
Absolutely not. The WiFi was barely working the entire stay. No hot water in my original room for 2 days and the refrigerator was turned off for reasons never explained so all my food had to be thrown out. Moved to new room by wonderful staff and by that I mean the front desk staff was amazing except for the manager who insisted I cart all my stuff by myself in 15 minutes and “return the keys IMMEDIATELY” like I was gonna sleep in two rooms simultaneously… New room- TV doesn’t work but I had hot water… so I guess that’s something. Never got to use the hot tub or pool bc of occupancy limits & the restaurant food was so overpriced for the quality. Bottom line is the front desk staff are very kind but the hotel itself is terrible.

Such a great property! I felt like I was in a ski chalet in Aspen! I was a little hesitant because the price was so great….don’t be!!! You will be blown away at the deal this place is! I will DEFINITELY be going back! Staff was terrific as well!

A great weekend
My husband and I stayed at the Normandy for a Birthday getaway. From the start when we checked in, the attendant was super friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and explained where everything was, explained the parking and the amenities. The room was very spacious and clean. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant and the atmosphere of the hotel was personal and comfortable.

A little too warm.
Everything was comfortable and clean. Our stay was lovely. One little thing, Our room was a little to warm in the evening, although we had the room temp set to 66 the room got up to 75. Not terribly uncomfortable but for a woman with hot flashes it got warm.
