Every staff person I encountered was helpful, kind, and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give an excellent rating is that there is a parking fee, which, for one night wasn't excessive, but it bothered me nonetheless.

The room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast pleasant staff especially the shuttle driver, Greg. He drove my husband back to the airport to look for his lost wallet. And he helped him find. Can’t thank him enough.

The new property with a clean crisp design and very spacious public areas, such as the breakfast room. My stay was marred by a very stupid corporate decision. There are three Fairfield properties in the vicinity of the airport, but people who answer the phones do not distinguish between them. The odds are better than even that you'll take the shuttle to the wrong one.

Check is was ok however upon check in is when I learned that we were not allowed to park and fly. When booking through this app you cannot do a park and fly package. The desk attendant informed us that you have to call the hotel directly to do a park and fly package. If you don’t do that it’s a $150 charge at check in. This was really upsetting.

Our stay was great! My only complaint is the bed had a sink, mattress needs replacing. Location was close to Mall of America and they offered a shuttle for there and the airport.
