I formally request that management investigate and question both front desk employees involved in this incident. On Thursday, January 24th at around 10:00 PM, I checked into the hotel. The front desk charged only a $50 deposit, despite my clear request to charge the full amount and provide an invoice, as I had an early flight the next morning. My request was ignored. The next morning, the staff claimed my card was not working and refused to insert it into the terminal, stating that PIN entry is not allowed at check-out. A second card was also rejected for the same reason. This caused serious stress and almost made me miss my flight to Turkey. Additionally, although an ATM was located right next to the front desk, the staff failed to properly inform or guide me.Due to their incompetence, I nearly missed my flight. I do not recommend this hotel.

I took the shuttle to the airport alone at 645am. Get to the airport and the driver didn't put my suitcase in the back which he had in his hands when I walked to the door of the van. Go back to the hotel and they claim to not have the bag. Go back to the airport where the driver wanted me to get out and go inside the airport with him to speak to some man inside about my bag. I didn't get off the shuttle. This was all to fishy for me. We go back to the hotel. During this time the 7am crew is on duty. The man this time tells us he saw a suitcase in the employee coat closet when he put his jacket in there. So how did my bag go from outside by the shuttle to inside the closet? They are using this to traffic people and I would look like I went a miss from the hotel not the airport. Do not stay here as a single female...

We called to make sure the hot tub was working before booking our stay and they told us yes on the phone, but when we got there it was broken and we were told by one guy and that it just broke 2 hours before we got there cause he knew we were upset. But when we asked another 2 workers they both said it had been broken for a while. So they lied and told us it was working so we would book our stay there! Would not recommend this hotel at all parking lot is also a far walk from lobby entrance. Rooms aren’t as nice as in the photos you see online either.

Room had noisy ptac . Thanksgiving dinner at hotel was ok. Breakfast the next morning was the worst I’ve ever had.
