I formally request that management investigate and question both front desk employees involved in this incident.
On Thursday, January 24th at around 10:00 PM, I checked into the hotel. The front desk charged only a $50 deposit, despite my clear request to charge the full amount and provide an invoice, as I had an early flight the next morning. My request was ignored.
The next morning, the staff claimed my card was not working and refused to insert it into the terminal, stating that PIN entry is not allowed at check-out. A second card was also rejected for the same reason.
This caused serious stress and almost made me miss my flight to Turkey. Additionally, although an ATM was located right next to the front desk, the staff failed to properly inform or guide me.Due to their incompetence, I nearly missed my flight. I do not recommend this hotel.
