Good hotel but Twin Cities needs to clean streets

Hotel was fine and quiet. The onsite restaurant could have longer service hours and a menu with more options for less-processed meals: it was typical for a dull Midwestern diet. The hotel is conveniently located next to the MSP airport and commuter rail. Unfortunately, the Twin Cities have a problem with pot-smoking vagrants and these people like to take shelter in the hotel's port-cochere and lobby.

Family trip.

The amenities were amazing! Our blankets had yellow stains that smelled like pee and no trash bags went to the front desk and they fixed it right away. Other than that the location is very convenient to multiple places.

It’s tucked behind some busier roads and businesses do it’s nice and quiet but super convenient and close to places we liked to go… would definitely stay again!

Disappointed

Lots of tears in the wall paper in hallways and some in the room. The carpet was coming up with the transition from the bathroom to the room. Found previous occupant personal hygiene products in room. The bed was very uncomfortable and firm. The tub did not drain while showering very well making it hard to shower. The hot tub was not clean either.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff, especially front desk very kind and helpful. Was in town for a concert. The blue line metro is a 2 minute walk from the front door and took us to and from U.S. Bank Stadium in 20 minutes each way. Will definitely stay here again for any musical or sporting event in Minneapolis

Great stay! Front desk extremely nice and helpful! Had a king room they got us into early, very appreciative. The only small complaint is the tub didn’t drain very well and the tv is off to the side of the room. Makes watching tv in bed a little odd. Nothing major though! 💕

The location, hotel, staff and amenities are great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport.
