Could be better could be worse

The hotel was okay. The room could have been a little cleaner it was really dusty and the comers and edges of the walls around the room didn’t appear to had been wiped in quite sometime. The hotel is really noisy from the living room areas at night and it was a huge disturbance on night one of our stay where security had to be sent to one of the rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast and happy hour are a plus. The hotel is also pet friendly we brought our dog for the stay.

Worst experience at Embassy suits

The hotel was very noisy, even at night. Also there was a fight that wasn't broken up by staff and we felt unsafe leaving our room, causing delays to our plans. Our room (315) also had mold around the windows and in the bathroom. The female at the front desk was so rude.

Not personable and disappointed

My family came up for a visit to shop and swim. Upon arrival, no one told me about the parking fee, and the hotel also kept charging my credit card random amounts several times during my entire stay. It was very concerning. I AM NOT HAPPY,because I will have to now cancel my credit card to avoid future charges.

Best continental breakfast we have ever had. Love the daily text messages asking how the stay is going so far as well. Definitely recommend!
