Before booking, we saw reviews raving about the friendly staff—but “friendly” doesn’t even begin to cover it! This was hands down the warmest, most helpful team we’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself was fantastic: clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated near major interstates for easy access to everything. Our kids were thrilled watching the planes fly by, and the complimentary happy hour—complete with drinks and snacks for the whole family—was a delightful bonus. The on-site restaurant served up incredible food, and once again, the staff made the experience truly special. They treated us like longtime regulars from the moment we walked in. We genuinely can’t say enough good things about how kind and welcoming every single person was. It wasn’t just hospitality—it felt like home.

We are an Embassy Suite Family; Honolulu, San Antonio, Orlando are just a few of the major cities we frequented where Embassy became home. Pro: Getting to and from the hotel on the airport shuttle is very convenient. Maybe a five minute ride. Just make sure when you arrive at the airport, you head to the area where shuttles pick up. That part wasn’t very clear. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the Mall of America. Pick up and drop off was pretty convenient; only once did the bus not show to get us, but with a call to the hotel, it finally arrived. Our room was cleaned daily, nice and large for a couple and up-to-date enough for hanging out and sleeping there. Cons: We always enjoy staying at Embassy as the morning breakfast and evening hour/snacks help tied you over or eliminate a meal out. Compared to most embassy suites we have stayed at, there was no variety at either event. Every morning was omelettes, sausage, or bacon, pancakes, hashbrowns, small donuts/muffins, yogurt, and a few other items. The evening consisted of popcorn every night, chips and salsa every night… A few evenings, we saw a veggie tray and pretzels. Once it was gone, it was gone… Never replenished. It became a little joke to see if there would be something new each evening. A little variety would go a long way. Also, check your bill; we were almost charged for 2 $4 bottles of water we never consumed. It was taken care of when we went to check out.

The hotel was outdated. The pool water was super murky looking, so we did not swim. The elevators worked sometimes. Staff was very nice and it was in a great location.
