The check in woman at 2:25 on 1.23.24 was very unkind, hard to understand. There was NO POOL to use, got notice 4 hrs later pool was up, only so cold, smelly fumes, NO TOWELS anyplace. Couldn't use. Went based on US AIR FORCE for our daughter to shop out, she had a room. Front desk staff was not kind. Our tv didnt work, they didnt seem to care. The larger lady desk mgr walked away as I was speaking to her. Didnt seem to care. Rooms were immaculate. Bring your own soaps. They were out in shower. Let Hot water run for long time. Brong your own decaf coffee or regular No continental breakfast. Prices start at $8 for oatmeal, $28 for standard breakfast. The highlight was Alisa as server made our day, loved her custom service. ❤️ very quiet, clean. Close to MOA 1.5 away

The Cambria Hotel-Bloomington-MOA/MSP int’l is consistently one of the most “bang for your buck” stays in the metro. It’s friendly staff. Clean rooms. New/newer hotel that is maintained so well that even tho it’s rare in todays world, I can offer no other explanation. Other that the employees straight up taking pride in their work. Thank you btw. 👏
