I spent a great deal of time on the phone yesterday with Hotels.com. I had already called Cambria Hotel to let them know I wouldn't be there because my flight was canceled due to bad weather. The agent from hotels.com was supposed to make sure I could get reimbursed for this stay, because it was out of my hands.

Everything about the stay was nice. Had a room on the side by the airport, but the noise wasn't terrible. Staff was nice, especially the guy running the breakfast buffet. Which brings me to what really grinds my gears... a hotel charging for a plain-jane breakfast that most hotels give for free. It's almost as bad as the places that charge for parking. Luckily, this place doesn't charge for parking, UNLESS you park and fly. Overall, I'd consider staying here again. Close to the mall, but away from everything else, so little traffic.

I’ve stayed at this property at least 18 nights in the last couple of months. The gentleman that works at night is efficient in getting me checked in. The bar staff are friendly. The shuttle staff are friendly as well. This trip I even used the ev charge station for my rental. There’s even a little grocery store that just opened within walking distance.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and both have been wonderful. Having transport to and from the hotel and from the hotel to our destination saved us money. The room is kept in great condition and very spacious. Especially for a family of 4. The staff were friendly and helped with any request or information asked of them. Overall a 5 star experience

Room was big, clean, and super quiet. Great location with easy and quick access to MOA and MSP. What you don’t see very often is a bar in the lobby. I didn’t try it but it looked welcoming. I like the shuttle to the airport.
