Kitchen wasn’t open at that time, Driver for shuttle never showed up!!! We had to call a uber which made us 35 minutes late at the airport!!!! Guy at desk showed no interest in helping us or others, there were about 15 people that had to call taxi’s etc !!!

It was great. Of course the hot tub was under renovations, so we had to shuttle to a sister hotel to use their hot tub, which was about 15 minutes away. That hot tub only slightly worked. The breakfast and staff were amazing! The room wasn't super clean. In the bathroom you could clearly see make up smeared on the wall and the microwave was sticky. Otherwise it was a good, quiet stay.

I stayed here because of shuttle service. The driver refused to take me or pick me up from mall entrance. They offered service the night before so I counted on that the next day. Very disappointed in the morning staff that refused this service to me. Evening shift was amazing to me and apologized when I told them of their refusal to shuttle me.

The front desk staff was rude and standoffish. If people are staying for 3 nights they should really clean the room everyday. I requested for my room to be cleaned and it was not.

Mostly clean but the carpet in our room was very dirty with lots of stains. Also we booked this hotel due to having a hot tub. We went down to use the hot tub but there was a sign on the window saying sorry for the inconvenience but there was maintenance being done so no hot tub. I wish there would have been a disclaimer when booking so we would have known there was no hot tub. We would have looked for another hotel. We were very disappointed. It happened to us last year too with the hotel we booked. They had filled the hot tub in.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms in a decently maintained building (some repairs in my room weren’t done well and showed). They did everything right from the free airport shuttle, even at midnight with a driver who had some great stories. Room and breakfast and everything was exactly as advertised. We’ll return.
