The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of things to do with the fam. Unfortunately there were limited food options and food available was overpriced.

The property could be cleaner. The staff was sometimes friendly but not helpful. They did not explain things to the kids. The water park closed too early. They closed attractions before the time the attraction time was supposed to close. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a hot tub.

The faculties are fantastic as we expected based on a previous stay. However Over our 3 night stay we had no contact with housekeeping. Beds needs replacing. Bad enough to reconsider extending stays.
