Check in on a Friday night was overly crowded and took a LONG time even after having pre-checked in advance. Would have liked to see clear signage and additional check-in options. One of the elevators broke down leaving folks trapped for over 40minutes despite them calling for help. Had I not been there to let staff know they may have waited longer. For the price, I'll go elsewhere.

Room is terribly outdated. No lamps with outlets or USB ports. Had to go to store to buy power blocks to charge phones. TVs didn't work, cords dangling down so obviously prior issues. Not worth what they charge to stay here.. paid $1,000 for 2 nights in a suite. Paid $16 a day for parking, but cannot ever find a spot to park as lot is full with waterpark guests. King bed had no blankets, only sheets. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk. Terrible service.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. Staff were friendly and accommodating; we even got back some items that were left behind when we checked out! I docked one star because the room was not immediately ready when we got there (even though we checked in late evening). When we did get access, it was pretty damp, too. On the whole though, we had a good time and it was worth the price we paid.

Expect to wait in lines for everything.

This place was an absolute madhouse. We waited nearly an hour just go check in, had only an hour to enjoy the waterpark because they close at 8 and couldn’t return because they open so late. Over half the water slides they weren’t open. The bunks are made for small children exclusively - it would have been nice to know that at booking. It was just so overcrowded and unpleasant. Constant lines and screaming children and very little to actually do other than spend even more money with wristbands that are linked to your credit card that cannot be removed. I will never come back.
