our room was only cleaned 1 day and they did minimal work. they tossed our clothes around, didn't empty our garbages, empty kleenex box wasn't refilled... think it could have improved and could have cleaned at least 1 additional day - we were here for 4 days.

We LOVE staying here. Clean, wonderful lobby for breakfast and the breakfast is amazing! Only downfall is that the pool temperature isn’t very warm. My kids said it was too cold (10,8,6 and 4) and they love to swim!

Everything was great except we were put on the 3rd floor and my pups were terrified of the elevator and the stairwell. They are a couple of country bumpkins, i lost one on the elevator and one got loose in the stairwell. She chose to run all the way up to the highest floor. Omg.
