Staff was wonderful but the facility needs updating. No coffee maker in the room. The toilet paper roll wasn’t put on and just sat on top of the holder, the bathroom sink faucet looked like it needed some cleaning, blankets were too thin, tv didn’t work remotely and the remote had taped in the batteries. The phone cover came off easily and had no value as the extensions were all rubbed off. I would not stay here again.

The room was more than neglected. We booked this room for a weekend stay to do some christmas shopping at MOA. When we arrived it was late, the toilet immediately gave us strange noises and was empty of water. Overnight the toilet over flowed so my socks and feet were soaked as soon as stepping into the bathroom. Very disgusting and unpleasant at 3 AM. In the morning we complained of the toilet and were told it "would be fixed". When we returned the toilet had over flowed again and our bathroom floor was soaked with toilet water yet again. The toilet WOULD NOT FLUSH after it was "fixed" by the hotel. The shower/bathroom/room were hardly cleaned. There was a used soap bar left in the shower and what appeared to be chocolate stuck to the entertainment center countertop. About 15 dead bugs laid in the windowsill. There was a language barrier so it was hard to get the support needed or necessary response from the hotel team. I have worked in the hospitality industry for a long long time and the room provided was more than unprofessional and went against everything Days Inn advertises. The people were very kind but we did not enjoy our stay at all. Due to the language barrier and the troubles we had getting our toilet serviced we did not ask for a different room. We did try to contact expedia around 10:30 pm Saturday night but we did not have any luck. I really hope this isn't the case for others when they stay because this stay was awful.

I was pleasantly surprised, rented two rooms, and both were above average. I think a family has recently purchased this location, they seem to be doing upgrades on the rooms, what I like the most was the staff were all friendly and you had the feel that they liked working there!

The room was odd, when all the lights were turned off there was still light in the room. It was as if the fluorescence were shared with the room next door. The walls were thin and I could hear the person next door snoring. Later at night there were other guests yelling in their room. The shuttle drive was yelling at surrounding traffic. I opted to pay for an uber in the morning because the first shuttle ride was uncomfortable.

Room smell badly. We found food, pills and garbage in the drawers. And there's cockroaches!! Also, No security. The doors are to go inside the building from the back are opened to the public. They do not required for you to scan your room key. Never going back again!

The room was pretty clean. The staff was amazing. We have a larger family and they included a rollaway bed. When we first arrived, the room they gave us was a single queen, even though we had booked for the double queen. We went to the front desk to let them know we had been placed in the wrong room, and the young man apologized and quickly got us into our correct room. We had arrived pretty late in the evening after driving about 17hrs. The young man was pleasant, had amazing conversation and was very considerate. Going as far to say “I see yall came from Texas, I know you’re probably tired, so let’s hurry up and get you guys in your room so you can get some well needed rest.” I really appreciate that! It isn’t super upscale, but it was nice, clean, and we didnt see any bugs and it was reasonably priced.

Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!
