Our prime waterfront location is only steps away from the Brickell Bay Boardwalk as well as Brickell Ave. There is a 7-11 conveniently located in our building. Only a 5 minute walk to CVS and illy coffee shop with restaurants and banks within a 5 minute walking distance. There is also a wine and liquor store next door to the front lobby.

Our spacious Brickell Bay Luxury Condo offers comfortable living space for up to 5 guests with 2 queen size beds and a large sectional sofa. Our unit has a washer and dryer with detergent included. As well as a Keurig for making coffee. Located on the 22nd floor.

Sauna, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym

We are always available but we respect your privacy.

Parking is included, there is also A parking lot right across the street. But cars can idle in the lobby and trolleys are always accesible for transporting luggage.

Spacious condo, nice location near everything in Brickell. Smooth check-in process, only minor thing to comment TV didn’t work, broken toilet paper hanger. Otherwise great stay

Balcony with a View

It's a spacious apartment in a great location. A large TV in both the bedroom and living room. I estimate the balcony to be 200 square feet with great views. My guess is it is worth three quarters of a million dollars. There are plenty of restaurants around it a there is a free trolley service that stops nearby.

Great location

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding. The building itself is great with a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi on the 17th floor. The apartment itself was big, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, though we didn’t really use it. The balcony is HUGE and we enjoyed eating lunch out there. The best part was the location that was walkable for us to everything we wanted to see. We were initially nervous booking since there weren’t any reviews, but this listing was 100% as advertised and great! The registration process was a little annoying and I had to send a photo of my drivers license to the building, but apparently this is common in Miami? Check in and check out could not have been easier. There is a key locker in the lobby which was super easy to use. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to stay in Brickell!
