Great but no spanish tv channels.

Very attractive, clean and comfortable room. The ac was on when we came in and everything smelled fresh and was neat and tidy. The only thing i didn't love was that the TV didnt have sapnish networks typical for Miami. My mom speaks spanis. I had to leave her for a while and she wasnt able to watch her shows. Ive stayed in the past andTelemundo and Univision were available but have since been removed from the tv directory.

Andrew at the Front Desk is emblematic of everything anyone who works in a hotel should aspire to be. I was so touched by his kindness to my elderly mother during my elderly father's emergency hospital visit. My mother was exhausted and unable to operate the key to the room. Andrew patiently and kindly came to her rescue not once, but twice (!!) to help her operate the key while I was in the hospital with my elderly father. My family is so grateful to Andrew and hope the hotel appreciates what a gem they have in Andrew.

Front desk staff, specifically Andrew had no manners to treat us, did not find a solution for my check in issue and in fact threatened me to call the police simply because I was trying to get the help I needed. There was no managers available according to him and asked me to leave the premises. Did not answer expedia calls and on top of that he did not allow me to stay after all in this hotel. Not sure if he is friends with some higher level staff but after paying for this I had to leave back home and drive 3 hrs at 8 oclock at night because there wasn’t anybody there to help. Will never come back there agajn
