Hidden gem!
Although our stay was only short, it was very enjoyable. The house is very well appointed with everything you would need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very clean & nicely decorated & modern. The video regarding how to navigate the steep driveway was very much appreciated! Check in was an easy process & great communication with the owners providing lots of information regarding the house as well as the local area. We would love to visit again in future!

Perfect escape!
We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, stylish, comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights for us was all of the beautiful birds that came to visit. We even had one cheeky possum come a d check out our BBQ! We have stayed in quite a few holiday homes, and this was one of the best!

Autumn in the Dandenongs
We are over from wA. Our son and his wife are visiting from USA. Our other son and his partner came from Melbourne. The house and its surroundings outside Belgrave were perfect for our opportunity to reunite after 2 years of separation.

Exhilerating
This property checked all the boxes. The location, the view, the birds, the coffee machine, the added comforts of which there are too many to list - the provision of pantry staples, bathroom accessories, firewood and bbq were appreciated and made our holiday relaxing. The tones and colours throughout the house are welcoming and homely. Loved it very much., thank you!

This is a beautiful, quiet property set in the Dandenong ranges. It is close to Belgrave central with shops and amenities close by. The property itself is well provisioned (great coffee machine!) and has friendly wildlife waiting to be hand fed. Beds are comfortable and the property has been recently renovated and is well maintained. It could be a little cleaner (cobwebs in the corner ceilings of the rooms are easily cleaned!) but the important things (linens and the bathroom) were very clean. Communication from the owners was timely and clear. Overall a great stay.

Special retreat
This property was very well maintained. It had everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is only a 2 minute drive to shops and stores but you feel like you are miles away being in a forested area. Communication with the owner was excellent with lots of tips before we arrived. Was the perfect getaway place only one hour from Melbourne with a lot of activities within the area. A fantastic family holiday as well as just a quiet getaway. We will definitely be returning.

We love this place!
We love the calm forest sounds, the views of trees, the birds that come to visit, the creek and park at the bottom of the hill.
