This is our fourth time staying at this Quest and can honestly say we have never been disappointed. From the staff in reception to house keeping I have found nothing is a problem. Quest is so central to everything. Would not hesitate to recommend Quest.

The whole place needs cleaning up, there is chipped paintwork everywhere, the kettle lid was broken, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, it is a very disappointing place. We recently had a few nights at Quest in Dandenong, that place was spotless, well equipped and modern.
