Good value for money, nicely positioned for shopping and sightseeing. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Slight criticism is that lighting over bed is badly positioned. Overall, would stay there again.

The heater was not working, was moved to another room very quickly which was great but it wasn't much better. Took 9 minutes for the hot water to come on. Staff are very friendly and helpful
