Safety and comfort of our guests is paramount and we have strict limits on number of people allowed in the pool which were not exceeded during this time. As we discussed on your departure though I understand the level of noise and activity in the pool area was not what you were expecting. While guests of all ages are welcome in the pool area, disruptive behaviour is never acceptable and this has been discussed with our team to ensure we can deliver the best experience possible for all guests.
